At Pathomation, we strive to make our software as user-friendly as possible. But the old adage applies: we can make things as simple as possible, but not simpler. Apart from user friendliness, we also strive to support our customers with the appropriate resources to get additional help as support when and where they need to.

If you like to read a manual all our products have their own documentation wiki page. This is the place to find all essential information users need to get started and browse through the software functions.


If you can’t find what you’re looking for in our wiki’s, you can contact us via our helpdesk.

Our helpdesk business hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CET. All new opened tickets will be reviewed by a customer service agent within 4 hours. High priority critical issues will be resolved in 2 business days, low priority issues or information requests within one week. New feature requests are handled on an individual basis.
