General purpose of this privacy policy


Personal data consist of all information about an identified or identifiable natural person. The privacy policy explains how PATHOMATION handles personal information, what rights users have and how to exercise them. All personal data is collected and stored by Pathomation in accordance with the provisions of articles of the regulation on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC the general regulation on data protection and the act of 18th of July 2002 on electronic services.

Nature of the data collection


For the purpose of providing services the Users’ personal data that are processed contain in particular: e-mail address, first name, surname, organisation, telephone number, country of origin, payment details, PATHOMATION  subscriber’s number.

The purpose of data collection

PATHOMATION may use personal data only to provide proper service to Users, for the purpose of providing access to the Services, sending invoices, troubleshooting and technical support, sending information on the services, conducting marketing surveys, filing complaints, withdrawing from the agreement for the provision of Services and communication with Users who filed a complaint or made a statement of withdrawal from the service provision agreement.

Protection of personal data being processed


The set of collected personal data is treated as a database with a high degree of security, stored on a server secured against both remote (IT) and physical access. PATHOMATION has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security corresponding to the risk of violating the rights and freedoms of Users. In addition, all persons processing personal data of users for the use of the Portal have appropriate authorizations issued by the Data Privacy Officer in accordance with art. 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC general data protection regulation.

 

Data retention policy

Users’ personal data is stored for the duration of the subscription to the services. After ending the subscription all user data is deleted.

The User has the right to gain the access and correct his or her personal data provided to PATHOMATION.

Sharing personal data


PATHOMATION  does not transfer (does not sell and in any way lend) the Users’ personal data to third parties. The data that PATHOMATION  may disclose to entities cooperating with it are of general statistical specifications that do not allow individual Users to be identified. For technical reasons, PATHOMATION  may entrust processing the data to another entity by contract or other legal instrument without changing the purpose of their processing in accordance with art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC general data protection regulation.

Transmission protection

All data is sent encrypted using the HTTP over TLS protocol.

 

Your rights in relation to your personal data

Each User, who has consented to the processing of his personal data in order to use the services available on the Portal, can directly contact PATHOMATION  with a request to allow access to his or her data, to correct, delete, limit processing or to object to the data being processed, as well as the use of data transfer capabilities.

The user also has the possibility to file a complaint to the supervisory body competent in the protection of personal data.
For security purposes in case of suspicion that the User Account may have been violated, for example by unauthorized access to the login and password used to log in to the Portal, immediately contact the administration of the Portal at the e-mail address: support@pathomation.com
