Getting started with AI should be simple. With My Pathomation, you can easily validate and compare different AI algorithms by uploading your own validation images and directly reviewing the results. No lengthy setups, no complex processes; just straightforward validation.

Since AI in pathology is not yet reimbursed, daily use on all cases is challenging. But with our pay-as-you-go model, you can still benefit from AI exactly when you need it. For example in borderline cases such as HER2-low, Ki-67 cut-offs, or mitotic counts. Use AI occasionally, only where it adds real value.

Seamless standards, limitless flexibility.

Pathomation is fully committed to openness and transparency. On our website, we share our APIs and plugins openly, making it easier for hospital IT teams and 3rd-party vendors to connect.

We follow industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM, while staying vendor-agnostic – supporting more than 76 native file formats. For AI vendors, our Marketplace offers a simple online API that allows for near-autonomous integration with Pathomation solutions, while still remaining flexible for specific needs.

For cloud deployments, our preferred partner is Microsoft Azure, based on proven strength in security and compliance – but if you prefer another cloud, we can accommodate that as well.

When it comes to AI, we focus on real workflow integration. By embedding AI directly into our viewer, we ensure the best possible user experience for pathologists. Alternative forms of integration are possible, but our priority is always seamless workflows and efficiency.
