Technology Partners
Your digital pathology, our technology
At Pathomation, we empower technology providers, OEMs, and solution builders to bring digital pathology into their products with confidence. Our platform is designed to run quietly in the background; invisible to your users, but indispensable to your success.
By relying on our proven foundation, you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Instead, you gain robust technology for image management, data handling, and visualization that you can seamlessly embed into your own applications. This allows you to focus entirely on what sets your solution apart: creating unique value, delivering innovation, and building the features your customers will love.
Whether you are developing diagnostic tools, research platforms, or AI-driven applications, Pathomation ensures that digital pathology integration is reliable, scalable, and future-proof. Partner with us, and you’ll have the confidence of a trusted technology backbone that already powers solutions worldwide.
Our AI marketplace extends this partnership philosophy even further. Instead of just offering a place to buy algorithms, we provide an opportunity-based ecosystem where AI vendors, researchers, and clinicians can validate, compare, and integrate AI directly into digital pathology workflows.
For technology partners, this means you can seamlessly connect your own AI applications or services into a trusted and interoperable framework – making it easier to reach new users, demonstrate value, and accelerate adoption.
And if AI is part of your journey...
Innovation
Innovation is at the core of what we do. We spend over 40% of our earnings on technological innovation to make our products better and we actively explore new technologies. Pathomation participates in multiple partner innovation project and grants, including Vlaio, Eurostars and Interreg Meuse-Rhine.
As part of Interreg Meuse-Rhine, Pathomation contributes to the DigiPathConnect project. This initiative focuses on building a digital pathology platform that integrates AI and advanced imaging technologies to support faster and more accurate cancer diagnostics.
By enabling cross-border collaboration between pathologists in the Meuse-Rhine region (NL–BE–DE), DigiPathConnect helps address the growing demand for pathology expertise. The project also explores innovative approaches such as AI-driven analysis and mass spectrometry imaging.
The consortium partners of DigiPathConnect are Pathomation BV, Hasselt University (BIOMED and DSI), Maastricht University (GROW and M4I), University of Liège (Montefiore Institute), Uniklinik Köln, Aspect Analytics NV.
The project is funded by the Interreg Meuse-Rhine (NL-BE-DE) programme, an EU-fund for cross-border cooperation. Our co-financers include Region Wallonne (BE), the Ministry of Economic Affairs (NL) and Land NRW (DE).
